SINGAPORE, July 2020 - SuperSolid, a home-grown monitor brand, has made waves since 2018 pushing out high-quality displays at attractive prices. However, the brand’s exclusive selection meant that consumers looking for smaller screens have had to settle for expensive alternatives. Today, the brand bucks that trend, showing these consumers some love with three new 24- and 27-inch monitors.
The SuperSolid P27 Pro, P24 Pro, and T24 will please flat-screen purists and minimalist advocates with their signature 3-side Ultra-Thin bezels. Within their edges lie Full HD (1920 x 1080) displays with AMD FreeSync technology, low blue light emissions, and flicker-free design. The similarities end here - despite their aesthetic, each monitor was conceptualized with a different demographic in mind.
These new monitors mark the beginnings of a new range of colour-accurate IPS displays, satisfying the needs of content creators, consumers and creative professionals. Models with the Pro suffix indicate a focus on high refresh rates and ultra-fast 1ms response times, while keeping to the same minimalist industrial design, and functional aesthetic. This makes the P27 Pro and P24 Pro perfect for gamers looking for colour-accurate, high refresh rate and low response time displays.
“While our signature XG340R Pro has been popular among gamers for its 34-inch Ultrawide display, we understand that not all gamers are looking to upsize their desktop footprints, but desire improved performance to complement their abilities,” said Eugene Lim, founding member of SuperSolid. “Our new range of monitors are tailored to fit their work or play spaces, while still checking all the boxes in performance and value.”
