imageCLASS MF525x, MF429x and MF426dw ups the ante in workplace efficiencies

monochrome multi-function laser printers designed to optimise productivity for
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and workgroups within large
enterprises. The new imageCLASS MF525x, MF429x and MF426dw offer faster print
and scan performance, cost saving features and smart applications to support
streamlined work processes.

High performance printers to enable workplace
productivity

Equipped with a new
print engine, the imageCLASS MF525x, MF429x and MF426dw boast of enhanced
performance and speed to allow users significant time-savings on printing and
scanning documents.

Featuring a
single-pass Duplex Auto Document Feeder that support a wide range of media
sizes, the new imageCLASS range tops its class with the fastest duplex scanning
speed, ensuring that all documents are captured clearly and efficiently.

With swift printing
speed of up to 38 pages and 43 pages per minute (ppm) on the imageCLASS MF420
series and the imageCLASS 525x respectively, the printers offer exceptional
performance to fuel high-volume printing needs. In addition, with the optional
paper feeder, paper input capacity can be configured up to a maximum of 2,300 sheets,
minimising the frequency and time spent on reloading paper. 

Efficient
workflow with smart capabilities

Designed with various intelligent features, the
imageCLASS MF525x, MF429x and MF426dw enable users to streamline document
workflows and automate tasks effortlessly. For instance, the innovative
Application Library can effectively create various one-touch solutions to unify
workflow according to an individual’s requirements and document needs. Notably,
the Scan to Preset Destination function allows users to scan documents with
preferred settings and send the scanned documents to pre-defined destinations, simplifying
scanning workflows by converting multiple processes into a one-step operation
for maximum efficiency.

Built with a large 5-inch colour touchscreen
LCD that displays high resolution icons and a virtual QWERTY keyboard via an
intuitive interface, the imageCLASS MF525x, MF429x and MF426dw offer users an
enhanced user experience through seamless navigation options interface.

Available as a shortcut on the home screen, the
latest imageCLASS printers allow users to make copies of identification cards
and passports in various layouts via a simple one-touch operation. Supporting
greater convenience, users can also preview faxes stored in the device memory
before sending for print, which in turn avoids print wastage.

Additionally, the QR Code scan feature in the
new imageCLASS printers enables easy device pairing with the Canon PRINT
Business app for mobile printing and scanning. Other mobile printing solutions
supported by the printers include Google Cloud Print™, Apple® AirPrint™ and
Mopria® Print Service, enabling users to carry out day-to-day tasks wirelessly
from any connected device with absolute ease. New features of the Canon Print
Business app also enable better image capture with the Trapezoid function to
detect and correct distortion of images automatically. The Whiteboard mode is
also able to remove reflection and shadows, rendering the board whiter and
marker colours more visible.

High
yield cartridges for cost savings

With optional high-yield toner cartridges made
available to all three printers, users can now print more documents in between
replacements. The increased page yields translate to lower cost per print and
help businesses achieve long-term savings with reduced running costs.

The smart printers also provide hassle-free
toner replacement by removing the protective toner seals automatically during
the replacement of toner cartridges, keeping the handling of cartridges to the
minimum and allowing work to resume quickly.
