Singapore, 8 February 2017 – Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Singapore Branch (SIES) announced today that the English version of the PlayStation®4 software, FINAL FANTASY® XII THE ZODIAC AGE produced by SQUARE ENIX® will be released in Singapore on 13th July, 2017.

FINAL FANTASY XII THE ZODIAC AGE is a high-definition remaster of FINAL FANTASY XII, and it improves upon the original by implementing a reconstructed game design and an
all-new feature called the Zodiac Job System. The FINAL FANTASY series is well known for constantly pursuing newer systems and technologies, and FINAL FANTASY XII THE ZODIAC AGE will be no different in that respect. This ultimate fantasy RPG will undoubtedly live up to the high standard of a PlayStation®4 software with its revamped system and latest-generation technology.

Visual Improvements

• High-resolution upgrades for backgrounds, character models, and all 2D parts including fonts
• High-resolution upgrades for movie scenes
• Introduction of current generation visual expression

Sound Improvements

• 7.1ch surround sound support
• High-quality voice support
• English and Japanese voices (switch between them in the game settings)
• Original and newly re-recorded soundtrack (switch between them in the game settings)

Usability Improvements

• Shorter loading time
• Auto-save functionality
• Improved high-speed mode and improved play time operability during high-speed mode
• Other features also include adding more fun and excitement during character development.

Aside from visual and sound improvements in true HD, FINAL FANTASY XII THE ZODIAC AGE is enhanced in every other aspect as well, so please look forward to further announcements in the near future.

Compared to the original version, this is a “more polished game with a more refined gameplay” containing various improved features including the “Zodiac Job System” (a new character development system) and better game balance.
