NEC showcases fusion of cyber and physical security technologies at GovernmentWare and Singapore International Cyber Week

October 2016 – NEC Asia Pacific today announced its participation as a
Platinum sponsor at the 25thGovernmentWare (GovWare), held together
with the inaugural Singapore International Cyber Week. The event is held from 10-12
October 2016 at the Suntec International Convention & Exhibition
Centre, Booth J14.

With the rise in
terror and cyber attacks around the globe, there is a pressing need for
governments and enterprises to build robust defenses in the physical and
digital world. NEC will showcase how its latest technology offerings in
cyber security technologies and advanced biometrics solutions can help protect

1.   Cyber Security Factory @ APAC:  The
Cyber Security Factory in Japan is a specialized unit dedicated to countering
cyber threats and attacks. It has provided customers in the country with a wide
range of services, including round-the-clock professional surveillance of
networks and websites, forensic service for investigating malware sources and
information leakage, and team-based hands-on training for security
professionals. The Cyber Security Factory @ APAC is NEC’s first dedicated
