OneSecure Acquired by EvvoLabs, Rebrands as EVVO Cybersecurity

April, 2016 – OneSecure Asia Pte Ltd, a cybersecurity vendor and provider
with specialties in DDoS mitigation solutions, today announced that it has been
acquired by EVVO
Labs, a provider of
innovative cloud, mobile and media solutions, and will be renamed EVVO
Cybersecurity.

With the acquisition, EVVO Labs’ infrastructure, cloud
backup and data protection, disaster recovery, digital media, mobility
management, business intelligence, IoT and system integration, will complement
OneSecure’s full suite of security solutions. Customers of both companies will
be able to experience a wider range of security solutions as well as services
offered by EVVO Cybersecurity.

The expanded and complementary offerings come
in light of an increasingly complex cybersecurity climate and the potential of
cybersecurity threats jeopardising businesses. Adding to the challenge is the
fact that 73
percent of organizations now include cybersecurity risk in their internal
audits, a 20 percent
increase year-over-year, while the recent Budget 2016 announcement by the
Singapore Government highlighted the shortage of cybersecurity
talent.

formulate a cybersecurity framework which will be implemented by their team of
