The answers are in PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3 game “Ryu ga Gotoku 0: Chikai no basyo ” (Japanese ver.), the latest entry from Ryugagotoku Zero series. You will know the answers after the release on 12 Mar on Asia PS Store.

The story is chronologically earliest among all the main series titles and it is set in 1988. The game will be divided into two parts – Kiryu and Majima. Kiryu was in the largest red-light district area of Tokyo while Majima was in the one of Osaka. People there are rich enough, but they know that there is something that cannot be bought with money … in their case, a small piece of land.
