mid-April 2013. The brand will kick start their gaming peripherals series with 2
higher end models known as Hesperus (model: PMG9801L) and Xanthinus (model: PMG9802L), both
with the latest Avago ADNS-9800 8200dpi gaming sensor.

The new gaming series will be named after bat species – a mammal
known for its agility, resilience to forest fires and its ability to navigate in total
darkness.

Both models will come with a 4D scroll wheel, 150 ips tracking
speed, ergonomic designs as well as 9 programmable buttons to ensure users get an ultimate
gaming experience. However, the Hesperus will also come with an additional weights
adjustment system (6 weights of 5.8g each).

Besides launching the gaming hardware, PROLiNK has also revealed
some special customization service options for customers of the new gaming
mice. Customers who purchase either the Hesperus or Xanthinus models can pay an
additional member fee to change the mouse top casing colours or even engrave their names.
This option is currently available only for Singapore customers for a promotional period
till July 2013.

PROLiNK has also announced an exclusive partnership with Barracuda
Technologies, a local company which was established in 2001, and is a specialist
in gaming surfaces. The company was one of the pioneers which popularized the use of
gaming surfaces locally and has produced some award-winning gaming surface designs such as the
Barracuda Juggernaut and Barracuda Lite.
