G.SKILL has introduced its latest high-capacity DDR5 memory kit, the T5 Neo DDR5-6400 CL38 512GB (64GBx8), that targets the latest release from Team Red, the AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO processors and WRX90 chipset motherboards.
With a total capacity of 512GB across eight 64GB modules, the T5 Neo series is built for AI model training, large-scale data analysis, and other advanced workloads that rely on high bandwidth and ample memory. And they operate at DDR5-6400 CL38-48-48-102 and have been validated on the ASUS Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE motherboard using the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9945WX CPU, reinforcing their compatibility with AMD’s latest workstation-class hardware.
The 16-layer PCB design provides an advantage over the 8- or 10-layer configurations seen in previous generations, delivering enhanced signal integrity for improved reliability under overclocked or high-load conditions. G.SKILL has also incorporated additional voltage protection mechanisms, including dual TVS diodes and a fuse per module, to guard against electrical anomalies and maintain long-term system stability.
G.SKILL says the T5 Neo DDR5-6400 CL38 512GB kit will begin shipping globally through its distribution partners starting August 2025, offering a new premium memory solution for next-gen high-performance computing platforms.
