LIAN LI just dropped the LANCOOL 217, and it’s looking like a strong follow-up to the well-loved LANCOOL 216.
This case is quite the choice for those who are looking to provide as much airflow to their setup as you get 5 fans out of the box, with 2 of them being massive 170mm front fans, which are set up in balanced mode to cool both the CPU and GPU. But if you want to shift more airflow toward the CPU, there’s a tool-less switch to make that happen. Plus, those fans sit on sliding mounts with rubber inserts, so adjustments are quick and painless.
And the clean aesthetics blend sleek design with real wood accents available in either black walnut or white beech for that modern yet premium warmth.
There’s also a twist with the PSU mounting because you can install it the usual way or rotate it 90 degrees, which can actually make it easier to manage cables and even free up space to add a second hard drive cage. LIAN LI includes an extension cable just in case you want to go the rotated route.
As for hardware support, it can fit oversized motherboards like SSI-EEB (up to 330mm) and E-ATX (up to 280mm), and still has room for tall CPU coolers (up to 180mm) and long GPUs (up to 380mm). You’ve also got flexibility with radiators of 360mm or 280mm on top, depending on what cooling setup you’re going for.
