Among the numerous DIY components unveiled at CES 2025, ROG has introduced the ROG G700, a prebuilt gaming desktop designed for enthusiasts willing to invest in top-tier hardware.
The G700’s specifications deliver high-performance computing with two powerful CPU options: Intel’s Core Ultra 9 285K and AMD’s Ryzen 7 9800X3D. For graphics, it features NVIDIA’s cutting-edge Blackwell architecture with the GeForce RTX 5090, a flagship GPU capable of handling advanced AI technologies such as DLSS 4 and Multi Frame Generation.
The system supports up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM, ensuring ample memory for gaming and multitasking. Storage options include a pre-installed 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, with the flexibility to upgrade to faster PCIe 5.0 SSDs for improved loading speeds.
Cooling is a key highlight of the G700, offering optimized airflow through three front intake fans and a single rear exhaust fan. Buyers can choose between air-cooled and liquid-cooled configurations, with the latter featuring a 240mm AIO cooler. Maintenance is simplified with removable dust filters.
The G700 also emphasizes convenience, featuring a fully tool-less side panel for easy component swaps and cleaning. RGB lighting with Aura Sync support provides customizable aesthetics, while the improved front I/O panel further enhances user accessibility.
