ASUS Singapore has officially announced the new ZenScreen Smart MS27UC for the local market, dedicated to those who wants a smart monitor that can do a lot of things without the need for a full system.
This new model is a 27-inch IPS panel running 4K resolution providing a wide 178-degree viewing angle, 99% sRGB color accuracy, VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, and dual 5 W front-facing Harman Kardon-certified speakers for a well-rounded and high quality visual and audio combo.
By hooking a simple set of Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, users can start browsing the web or launch the various Google apps like the Workspace suite for seamless work and document management. Need to mirror something? It supports Mircast and Google Cast as well.
Designed with a simple style yet multi-functional, it has acoustic fabric and a storage compartment on the back while the ergonomic stand provides -15° to +18° tilt and 100mm height adjustment for a comfortable viewing experience. Additionally, a cable management feature helps maintain a neat and organized setup.
Speaking of comfortable viewing, its underlying Google TV software layer provides the platform’s search capabilities to find content across 10,000+ apps with voice control helping users to search for shows, play music, control smart home devices, and more. Personalized watchlists and profiles enhance the individualized viewing experience catered to a wide range of users.
For those who really need the wire game, we have USB-C ports with 90W PD, HDMI, DisplayPort, and 2x USB hubs with support of a pseudo-KVM where you can manage multiple connected devices like PCs, laptops, and mobile phones from a single Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, while Multi-view enables split-screen multitasking, displaying content from two sources on one screen.
Also if the situation calls for it, the Multi-Platform Live Streaming app lets users broadcast live content across up to four platforms simultaneously, including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and more.
