ROG Singapore has announced they are bringing in the ROG Harpe Ace Extreme gaming mouse and Falchion Ace FHX gaming keyboard to fans seeking peripherals with actual hardware advantage to beat down their opponents on the physical level.
First off, the ROG Harpe Ace Extreme is an ultralight 47-gram gaming mouse featuring a durable carbon fiber shell designed for exceptional maneuverability with its ergonomic shape co-developed with esports professionals.
It comes packed with the ROG AimPoint Pro optical sensor, which offers precise 42,000 DPI accuracy and track-on-glass functionality. At the same time, ROG Optical Micro Switches provide instant, crisp actuation with a 100-million-click lifespan. Additionally, ROG SpeedNova wireless technology ensures fast data transmission, reducing signal interference even in crowded environments.
If needed, the ROG Polling Rate Booster enables an ultra-fast 8000Hz polling rate in both wireless and wired modes in addition to twin-pairing with another peripheral. Other than that, you have also Corning Gorilla Glass mouse feet at the bottom for smoother movements on cloth mousepads.
On the other hand, we have the ROG Falchion Ace HFX previously showcased globally at Gamescom 2024. Featuring a compact 65% layout within a 60% footprint, it comes with the new pre-lubed ROG HFX magnetic switches, offering per-key actuation point adjustment from 0.1 to 4.0mm, marking a new generation of gaming keyboards. The keyboard also delivers an impressive 8000Hz polling rate and a lightning-fast 0.125ms response time.
It includes features like Rapid Trigger and Speed Tap (also known as “null bind” or SOCD, depending on your gaming background) that provide hardware-level advantages—though caution is advised to avoid bans for using them.
The keyboard is built with dampening foam and a silicon gasket mount, offering a softer typing experience than traditional tray-mounted boards, though with limited flex. Additional highlights include a multifunction button, an interactive touch panel for quick customization and media control, and an RGB light bar for added style. It also supports dual-PC connections, allowing seamless switching with a toggle. Each retail box comes with a protective keyboard cover.
