be quiet! has introduced the Light Base PC Case Series and the Light Wings LX Fans, offering fans a fresh way to build a stylish and feature-packed rig.
Starting with the PC case, the Light Base series is designed for flexibility, featuring three orientation options: standard (right side), inverted (left side), and horizontal. Switching between these is simple, thanks to the removable feet. The case also includes a VGA holder that works with all orientations and two ARGB/fan hubs with 12 connectors.
It’s spacious enough to support up to 3 drives (1x 3.5″ and 2x 2.5″), and features a motherboard tray that’s compatible with “cable-less” motherboards such as Asus BTF, MSI Project Zero, and Gigabyte Project Stealth. The cases also include an advanced I/O panel with a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a reset button, and an ARGB control button.
For easy setup, the Light Base 900 FX includes a detachable radiator and fan mounts, supporting radiators up to 420 mm on the top and bottom, plus space for a 360 mm radiator on the side. It comes pre-installed with four Light Wings 140 mm PWM fans: one regular fan at the rear and three reverse-blade fans on the side to optimize airflow. For users wanting to customize their cooling, the Light Base 900 DX offers the same features without pre-installed fans. Both models support larger motherboards, including E-ATX and XL-ATX.
For those preferring a smaller case, the Light Base 600 LX supports motherboards up to ATX and radiators up to 360 mm on the top and bottom, with room for a 240 mm radiator on the side. It comes pre-installed with one 120 mm Light Wings LX fan at the rear and three reverse-blade fans on the side. The Light Base 600 DX offers the same features but without pre-installed fans, allowing full customization of the cooling setup.
Now for the Light Wings LX series fans, which aim to update the original Light Wings series with improved ARGB lighting on both the front and rear blades. These fans strike a balance between high performance and quiet operation, making them suitable for both case cooling and use with heat sinks and radiators. Available in 120mm and 140mm sizes and in black or white, the Light Wings LX series caters to performance-driven PC builders.
be quiet! offers additional flexibility with multiple RPM speeds and blade count options, giving users the option to choose more powerful versions if needed. Available in black or white, they can be purchased in triple-packs for both colors or as single black fans sold separately. Each fan is built with durable rifle-bearing technology, offering a lifespan of up to 60,000 hours.
