As part of the official reveal of the latest gears, ROG has announced three new premium-class gaming monitor to bring more possibility to gamers.
First, we have the Swift OLED PG27AQDP claiming the throne of “world’s 1st 1440 480Hz OLED monitor” at a size of 26.5-inch and comes with 0.03ms response time, anti-glare coating so that none of that RGB light can distract you, and a new RWGB subpixel layout that sharpens text for a clearer look.
It also comes with the full suite of AI Assistant features like AI Visual, AI Crosshair, AI Sniper, AI ShadowBoost, and the MOBA Map Helper. It is priced at US$999.
Next on the list is the Strix OLED XG27ACDNG hosting similar specs to the former except for the refresh rate at 360Hz (But it still damn plenty though). It is given a new heatsink design to deliver better thermal management and the use of a centered base stand cleans up more desk faces. It also has a mobile phone slot to go with.
One can find the Dynamic Brightness Boost to be useful for enhancing luminance at low APL window sizes and AI Visual for automatic screen adjustments. Need some power for your gadgets? There’s a USB-C 90W PD port at the back. It is expected to be made available as early as Q4 2024.
Lastly, we have the Swift 360 Hz PG27AQNR equipped with an LCD panel offering 27-inch of goodness at 360Hz with G-SYNC in addition to the new Pulsar tech propelling superior motion clarity and Variable Refresh Rate to the masses. I/O wise, it comes with DP 1.4 wit DSC, 2x HDMI 2.1, and a USB port for firmware updates. It is slated for a Q4 2024 release.
