Before June 2024 ends, NVIDIA has launched the new GeForce Game Ready Driver 556.12, ensuring the best experience for both new and classic games.
First, the free-to-play game The First Descendant, set for release on July 2, will feature DLSS 3.5 with Ray Reconstruction, DLAA, Reflex, and ray-tracing profiles. This UE5-powered game by Korea’s renowned NEXON allows up to 4 players to battle various mechanical bosses in visually stunning environments.
Meanwhile, the “infamous” PAYDAY 3, with its new Boys in Blue update, will benefit from DLSS 3 and Reflex, offering up to 2x FPS gains at 4K max settings and reducing system latency by up to 55%. Let’s hope Overkill can gradually redeem this IP, much like No Man’s Sky.
For Riven, this one’s an oddball because it is a modern remake plus a sequel to the 1997 Myst “point and click” puzzle game. It presents intricate puzzles in a 3D real-time environment and with DLSS 2 support, you can enjoy decent FPS while exploring the surrounding.
Lastly, TRIBES 3: Rivals, which received DLSS 2 and DLAA during Early Access, has been upgraded to DLSS 3 and Reflex. GeForce RTX 40 series users can enjoy high FPS and responsive gameplay in this multiplayer PVP title.
Additionally, the four titles receiving Optimal Playable Settings profiles are ‘Bodycam,’ ‘F1 24,’ ‘Pax Dei,’ and ‘Soulmask.’
