To support the Microsoft Copilot+ AI PCs movement, ASUS’s theme for COMPUTEX 2024 encompasses this initiative, unveiling four categories of new products in one go.
Starting with the most intriguing, the ProArt series laptops make their debut with three models: P16, PX13, and PZ13.
Firstly, the ProArt P16 strikes a balance with its 1.85 kg weight and 14.9 mm thickness, featuring an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU.
For those interested in a convertible option, the 13-inch ProArt PX13 offers flexibility with modes for laptop, tent, stand, and tablet configurations. It boasts a stunning 3K ASUS Lumina OLED display and top-tier processing similar to the P16. The impressive I/O includes 2x USB4 with 40Gbps bandwidth, HDMI 2.1 FRL, and a UHS-22 microSD card reader.
For tablet enthusiasts, the fully detachable ProArt PZ13, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, features a 3K ASUS Lumina OLED screen, a large battery, an IP52 rating, and an SD slot with a microSD adapter.
Additionally, ASUS has partnered with CapCut to offer ProArt laptop buyers 6-month premium access to the service, which provides a variety of assets.
The Zenbook S 16 excels with its AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor in a chassis that’s just 1.1 cm thick and 1.5 kg light. Despite its slim profile, it efficiently cools 28W of TDP thanks to a 3D vapor chamber, and the CNC-machined keyboard area features a geometric grille design for optimal airflow and dust reduction.
The laptop features a standard 16-inch 16:10 panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, and its I/O includes USB4, USB-A 3.2, HDMI, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an SD card reader. The chassis, made of Ceraluminum, combines the aesthetics of ceramic with the strength of aluminum, available in Scandinavian White or Zumaia Gray.
The Zenbook S 16 also includes an FHD AiSense IR camera with AI effects and Windows Hello support for enhanced online calls and automated login. The 40% larger 16:10 touchpad enhances the premium laptop experience, protected by Microsoft Pluton.
For the Vivobook series, aside from previously featuring the Snapdragon X Elite processor, the S 15 model now joins Team Red with the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. The S 14 and S 16 models have been redesigned to be slimmer and lighter.
These models come with up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, along with the IceCool thermal solution, ensuring powerful performance without the bulk.
Lastly, the TUF Gaming laptops, A14 and A16, will feature the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU combination, powering their 2.5K 165Hz screens, which is ideal for AI inferencing when taking a break from gaming.
Features like webcam background blur and eye-gaze correction are integrated into the Windows ecosystem, ensuring that any 2024 laptop running Windows 11 will include these functionalities.
