Lenovo Singapore has officially launched the new Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 laptop duo that comes fitted with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon X Elite processor.
Part of Microsoft’s new Copilot+ AI PCs, you can backtrack to the previous post to learn more about the Snapdragon X Elite SoC so let’s move on to something else.
To start, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x is one of the balanced selections here that prioritizes thinness and lightness at just 12.9mm and 1.28kg. Pairing that with a 14.5-inch 16:10 PureSight OLED touch panel at 3K resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, it delivers superior eye candy thanks to the double 100% color gamut of sRGB and DCI-P3 in addition to TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light support.
On the other hand, keep yourself clear in video calls with the FHD MIPI IR webcam and 4x Voice ID microphones while the Premium Suite’s quad-speaker sound system and keyboard with 1.5mm key travel and “new Yoga coating” keycaps with better anti-oil properties plus the 135x80mm trackpad finely wraps up the whole package.
And it also complies with various environmental sustainability-driven standards like no plastic in packing material, FSC-certified paper and controlled material-made boxes, dry-pressed paper pulp for cushioning, etc.
Lastly, it can also be backed by the Lenovo Premium Care handled by expert technicians offering personalized hardware and software assistance alongside repair service on request.
On the other hand, the ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 goes for fewer “charm points” since they are mostly for businesses and industry-level deployments. Able to be fitted with up to 64GB LPDDR5X RAM, the 14-inch thin form factor makes carrying it less burdening while the FHD+IR MIPI camera featuring a physical camera shutter for privacy as well as WiFi 7 and optional 5G module helps users stay connected at all times, all powered by a 58WHr battery.
On the software side of things, the Lenovo AI Core is capable of efficiently managing power consumption on the fly for the device end but Lenovo also provides a range of industry-ready applications and features to help open up the Arm-based Windows laptop market faster than ever.
Availability
The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x will be starting from S$2,099 and is available right now over at the official website. The ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 is still in the TBA phase, unfortunately.
