Xiaomi Singapore has announced they have brought in the Pad 6S Pro 12.4 tablet that aims to provide a high-value, premium experience for both entertainment and productivity.
Running the brand’s HyperOS system, the innate lightweight and efficient properties makes it far more modern, responsive, and snappy than the MIUI of the old days. The computing parts are only slightly “outdated” because they are just a couple of years old but they are still provide a lot of performance that can tackle all your tasks and workloads.
Since we’ll look at the spec lists later, let’s talk about the 3 new features given to it – Home Screen+, Cross-Device Collaboration, and Xiaomi Smart Hub. The first and second feature actually shares some similarities, as the former means that you can control inputs to a connected smartphone to do things like read and reply to messages or answering calls.
The latter was given an example – “Take a picture on your smartphone, then you can embed it into the tablet’s Note app for quick and easy documentation.” As for Xiaomi Smart Hub, it does what its name implies, access and configure all supported Xiaomi AIoT products from the tablet.
Accompanying accessories come in the form of the Xiaomi Focus Pen with 8192 pressure sensitivity and 240Hz sampling rate for accurate and responsive inputs while the Touchpad Keyboard is kind of straightforward as like a laptop.
