Samsung Singapore has officially launched a couple of budget options for the locals, namely the Galaxy A25 and Galaxy A15 smartphones.
First, we have the better model, the Galaxy A25 5G armed with an in-house Exynos SoC plus a higher refresh rate AMOLED panel for a viewing experience that is on par with much more premium models.
The same can’t be said for the back cameras though as they are just decently okay for casual use and definitely not of professional levels of quality but hey, the pricing is not bad for these set of lenses.
As for the Galaxy A15, we have both the 5G and LTE (4G) versions to accommodate the needs of different people across a wider budget range. The main difference is dictated by the SoC choices where the 5G version runs the newer Dimensity range of offerings while the 4G variant still goes for the tried and true budget Helio G99.
Other than that, they share almost the same thing across the board, well, aside from the RAM option where the 5G gets a usable 8GB in contrast to the 4GB given to the 4G version.
Here’s a table summarizing all the core specs of each phone.
