GIGABYTE has selected their AORUS line of products to receive the new ‘Meteor Lake” Intel Core Ultra mobile processors and the winner is the AORUS 17 and AORUS 15 gaming laptops.
The silicon brain for the duo is going to be Intel Core Ultra 7 (presumably the 155H like other brands) together with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series Laptop GPUs that gets paired with DDR5 RAM and PCIe SSD for the best gaming experience.
The Intel AI Boost Engine which is handled by the newly introduced NPU allows the system to dynamically scale everything for the best efficiency which results in better battery life even when gaming without a charger. The same thing is being applied by the NVIDIA Advanced Optimus as well for the GPU instead.
Screen options allow gamers to select a QHD panel with up to 240Hz refresh rate to match any sort of competitive titles in the market right now and combine that with TÜV Rheinland low blue light and flicker-free for eye comfort plus the Dolby Vision/Atmos combo, not only games are perfect but also movies and dramas.
GIGABYTE also poured in their own effort by revealing the new AI Nexus app that is based on Microsoft Azure AI which handles fine-tuning of fan settings alongside CPU and GPU performance monitoring. Not sure why there’s the need for “3 different brands of dynamic tuning solutions” but hey if they can work together, why not.
