Samsung Singapore has at last introduced its fresh lineup of FE products, spanning smartphones, tablets, and TWS categories of 2023.
Let’s kick things off with the Galaxy S23 FE. It builds upon the foundations of the original S23 and when compared to its predecessor, the S21 FE, it boasts slimmer bezels surrounding its display, so technically it has a slightly bigger screen estate now.
Furnished with a capable set of lenses for everyday photography, the S23 FE could aptly be dubbed the “S23 Lite,” but it feels funny for Samsung to fix such a price tag for it.
If you’re well-versed in spec sheets, you’ll easily grasp my point.

Shifting our focus to the Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet family, while there exists a variety of SKUs, the key options are the Tab S9 FE and the Tab S9 FE+. The latter distinguishes itself with its larger 12.4-inch screen, while the standard FE version boasts a 10.9-inch display.
Both models aim to be versatile and cater to a gamut of use cases, including home, work, entertainment, and beyond. However, in comparison to the non-FE Tab S9 models, there’s a slight step down in the display department, transitioning from a 120Hz AMOLED to a 90Hz IPS LCD. Nevertheless, most other aspects remain largely unaltered, preserving a consistent overall user experience, provided you can accept this minor trade-off.
Now, let’s dive into the nitty-gritty of specifications.

Lastly, we turn our attention to the Galaxy Buds FE – possibly the product among the trio with the most understated changes. It offers an uncomplicated design and functionality, featuring ANC and Ambient Sound modes, allowing you to govern your auditory surroundings. Furthermore, the tri-mic system, propelled by an AI algorithm, guarantees crystal-clear voice transmission to the other end.
With a grand total of 30 hours of playback time (including the case), you can enjoy them for multiple days without needing to recharge. The ergonomic design, complemented by the included 3-size ear tips and 2-size wing tips, assures comfortable and prolonged wear. The Galaxy Buds FE are priced at $158 and are available in Graphite and White color variants.
