AMD’s latest graphics driver updates are out and live for fellow Team Red users to help them game at their best in the two latest big blockbuster games of all time.
Although the last week has been chaos amongst Naughty Dog fans for the horrible shader performance and various glitches in The Last of Us Part 1, at least the major problem comes from the game engine itself so AMD wasn’t here to take the blame because they are giving out the game for free through April 16 where any purchase of select Radeon RX 7000 or 6000 series which you can learn more about it here.
On the other hand, the faithful remake of the original Resident Evil 4 springs back with massive 3 million copies sold in 2 days is back with some impressive results, achieving 4K99FPS with max settings and ray tracing on when powered by the Radeon RX 7900 XT with FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) 2.2 enabled.
1440p and 1080p can easily hit the baseline of smooth gameplay of 144FPS with ease thanks to the driver update and RE Engine’s impressive resource utilization.
