SINGAPORE—September 24, 2019—GeForce Cup, the pinnacle of NVIDIA-owned esports competitions, will kick off next month in GeForce®-certified iCafes across the Asia-Pacific region.
NVIDIA launched the first GeForce-certified iCafe in 2015 to deliver the ultimate GeForce gaming experience to iCafe customers. Since 2018, the number of GeForce-certified iCafes in operation has doubled to 1,000, with recently-opened iCafes spread across Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
RTX. IT’S ON.
Following the launch of the GeForce RTX 20-series GPUs, Platinum-certified iCafes are converting to GeForce. Powered by the new NVIDIA® Turing™ GPU architecture and the revolutionary NVIDIA RTX™ platform, RTX graphics cards bring together real-time ray tracing, artificial intelligence and programmable shading – enabling a whole new gaming experience. Numerous GeForce-certified iCafes in Australia, Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam have already added the latest GeForce RTX GPUs to their armory.
