OPPO just launched their flagship, the OPPO Find X which will be arriving on the shores of Singapore just next week. Coming in the stunningly sleek Bordeaux Red and Glacier Blue, the Find X is set to impress with its stealthy implementation of its 3D cameras.
With the advent of the sliding cameras, OPPO managed to hide both the front and rear cameras in its body. This allowed them to reach the world’s first 93.8% screen-to-body ratio. Speaking of screens, it features a 6.4-inch OLED screen that is arced on its sides that is surrounded by just 3.4mm of bezels.
When it comes to camera specs, the Find X is no slouch. Its sliding mechanism hides a 25MP front camera and 16MP + 20MP dual rear cameras on either side. Its cameras are supported by several software capabilities. For one, it is capable of 3D Structured Light Face Recognition for better face recognition functions like its “Omoji” and face unlock. It also features an AI Scene Recognition function for smarter camera adjustments. For the selfie lovers out there, the 3D Smart Selfie Capture is surely for you. The camera scans the user’s face to provide real-time customized beautification settings without the user’s help.
Power users rejoice! The OPPO Find X comes with beefy specs – the latest Snapdragon 845, 8GM RAM and 128/256GB internal storage at S$1199 and S$1399 respectively. Pre-orders for the 128GB model starts today and will be available from 11 August onwards, while the 256GB model do not have an official release date.
