availability of the all-new ZenBook Pro
UX550, a high-performance
15.6-inch laptop that is the fastest, thinnest and lightest ZenBook Pro ever.
The ZenBook Pro UX550 offers
discerning professional users the ultimate combination of serious performance
and supremely elegant design, harnessing the amazing power of the latest Intel®
Core™ i7-7700HQ quad-core processor, a gaming-grade NVIDIA®
GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti graphics, the fastest PCI Express® (PCIe®)
3.0 x4 SSDs, a high-speed 2400MHz DDR4 RAM and 40Gbps Thunderbolt™ 3
USB Type-C (USB-C) ports. An integrated fingerprint sensor allows fast and secure
one-touch login with Windows Hello.

The state-of-the-art
visuals on the ZenBook Pro UX550 are
provided by the 15.6-inch NanoEdge multi-touch display, featuring a 1,920 x
1,080 full HD resolution and an ultra-thin 7.3mm bezel that gives the ZenBook Pro UX550 an 83 percent screen-to-body
ratio. Powerful immersive sound is delivered by the Harman Kardon-certified
quad-speaker audio system.

The
ASUS Pen (sold separately), which is compatible with the ZenBook Pro UX550, provides creative professionals another way to interact with the
machine, allowing for an intuitive and accurate drawing, writing or annotating experience
in any supported application or program.

all-new compact design, featuring an all-aluminum unibody finished with classic

73Wh lithium-polymer battery gives the ZenBook
Pro UX550 an astonishing day-long endurance with up to 14 hours battery
life[3]. It also incorporates fast charging technology

Pro UX550 is retailing at $2,898 starting from today, and will be available
at all ASUS Brand Stores and authorised retailers. For enhanced productivity, the

The ZenBook
Pro UX550 is built to deliver the ultimate on-the-go performance. At its
heart is the latest Intel® Core™ i7 quad-core processor —
which is 8 percent faster than the previous generation, and with an operating

The ZenBook

Lithium-polymer batteries last for up to 700
charge cycles — 2.5X more than standard lithium-ion cylinder batteries. These
batteries also retain up to 80 percent of their original capacity even after
hundreds of charge cycles. In addition, the fast charging technology in ZenBook Pro UX550 can charge a low
battery to 60 percent capacity in just 49 minutes[5].
