On World Health Day, two disruptive platforms partner to revolutionise healthcare access
Singapore — April 6th 2016 — On World Health Day, Practo – the world’s leading healthcare platform – and Twitter, are partnering to make healthcare access easier than ever. Starting today, Twitter users can get their healthcare queries answered in real-time by tweeting to @AskPracto and get responses immediately from verified doctors and experts via the Practo Consult platform.
Practo Consult is a platform that enables consumers to connect with healthcare professionals and get quick, free, and reliable answers to their most pressing health questions. It receives questions from over 100 cities and solves one of the most fundamental healthcare problems that Asia faces – access to qualified medical professionals. Already available on the Web, Android and iOS platforms, Practo Consult will now be available via Twitter as well.
The integration goes live in three markets – India, the Philippines, and Singapore – and will be available in English. It will soon expand to cover more countries and languages.
