May 2015) — ASUS launches a 19.5-inch portable
All-in-One (AiO) PC PT2001 with a unique, portable and
space-saving design that provides a flexible and powerful computing experience
in the home or office. Weighing only 3.9kg with a slim design at only 12.3mm, the
AiO PT2001 is easy to carry and set
up anywhere, even away from a power outlet thanks to its internal battery that
lasts up to five hours. It is powered by the latest 5th Gen Intel
CPU i3 with a high definition 1600 x 900 IPS 10-point touch LED display, for an
immersive entertainment experience. It is available from today onwards at all
ASUS authorised retailers and ASUS brand stores from $769 onwards.

A winner
of the good design awards that recognise excellence in design and engineering,
the AiO PT2001 features a slim
design that tapers to 12.3mm at its thinnest point, looking sleek and stylish
in any home or office environment.  At
just 3.9kg, it features a sturdy foldaway handle making it convenient for the AiO PT2001 to be mobile and be able to
set up anywhere. Furthermore, with an internal battery that lasts up to five
hours, no external power supply is needed to power it up. The AiO PT2001 can either be laid flat to
play touch-based games or propped up to enjoy movies and photos on 19.5-inch
large touchscreen. Furthermore, the AiO
PT2001 provides users with an additional screen to plug in to if they
require a larger screen for presentations or to enjoy the latest movies.

Immersive Entertainment Experience

The AiO PT2001 features a high-definition
19.5-inch IPS 10-point touchscreen display that provides crisp and vivid images
for immersive entertainment experiences. Its 10-point touchscreen display offers
easy and smooth control through Windows 8.1, touch-based apps and games. To
further enhance the entertainment experience, the SonicMaster audio technology is
designed by the ASUS Golden Ear team to provide powerful sounds and a deep and
rich bass response. The AiO PT2001 is
powered by up to a 5th generation Intel® Core™ i3 processor for
superb application and graphics performance. Its two HDMI ports make it easy to
connect to an HDTV or external display to take the entertainment experience to
a larger screen.

Exceptional User Features

The AiO PT2001 features an innovative hand gesture
control that lets users interact with and control the PC from a distance with
simple gestures, allowing them to read books, browse the internet, and control
movies and music with a wave of the hand. The AiO PT2001 provides additional features such as instant Windows
logon without typing a password, automatic photo and video backup from the
mobile device to AiO PT2001 and
quick access to files directly from the mobile device.
