A First Look at Xiaomi Redmi

Singapore, 19 Feb 2014 – Xiaomi launched Redmi in Singapore today. It will be available on 21 February at S$169.

The Redmi will be available in silver grey with replaceable back covers.

The Redmi will have Google applications (default installed), along with Facebook (popularly requested by Xiaomi fans).

MiCloud automatically sync all the date, from SMS conversations to contacts to the cloud, so there is minimum worry about losing data.

What really makes Xiaomi unique: besides the original theme, users and Xiaomi fans can choose to customise their MiUI (Mi User Interface) with different themes. Some of the themes are designed by Xiaomi fans. All the themes will be available for download for greater personalisation.
