Apple’s latest update to iOS7 aka 7.0.4. The patch is a minor upgrade to iOS 7 and it fixes some bugs that previous versions faced. Problems will unsuccessful FaceTime calls has thus been resolved.
If you are facing problems with FaceTime, you can update to iOS 7.0.4 now by going into iOS Settings > General > Software Update to download the updates. As long as the device is charged and WiFi is connected, the device will automatically check and download the update.
