Mysterious Motorola XT912A Android Smartphone Leaked

Motorola is known to be the manufacturer of the next Nexus phone for Google. Recently, a mysterious new smartphone has surfaced on a technology site from Vietnam. The phone has a front design similar to the Nexus 4, but has a totally different back.

From the Vietnam Technology site, there have been various leaked images and a video of the mysterious Motorola phone. It is said to even have similar hardware specifications to the Nexus 4. It will be manufactured with a 4.65″ 1280 x 720 resolution AMOLED panel display screen and probably a Qualcomm S4 Pro 1.5GHz quad core processor with Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It is said to have a 2200 mAh battery capacity.

This phone looks to have a non-removable rounded back cover for enhanced endurance. However, since it not-removable, the battery cannot be replaced. The insertion of the microSIM card is the same as Nexus 4, done by inserting a pin in the SIM card pin slot.

However, despite all the rumours on this as the next Nexus phone and that this phone is based on the vanilla version of Android Operating System, there is no existence of a “Nexus” logo on the phone. Besides that the model number of XT912A also clarifies that it should not be part of Google Nexus series of smartphone.
