The guys at HWBot got their first retail Llano chips, the 32nm version of the previous Deneb cores with built in AMD Radeon HD6550 chip on the same die , aka the APUs(Accelerated Processing Units). These chips will run on the new AMD A75 chipset motherboards.

Solely focusing on the 3DMark Vantage Benchmark and based on the GPU score of a Core i5-2500K which uses at Intel GMA HD3000, the graphics performance of the new APUs are simply outperforming the Intel chips. As 3DMark Vantage weighs much on GPU Score, the overall Performance preset score for AMD Llano chip was also higher. Much higher to be more specific. Core i5-2500k GPU score was 1295 compared to 3706 of Llano.
Will APUs change the game for AMD? They definitely got the potential, and it now all lies on marketing for it is quite a new product in it’s Introduction stage.
